Dentist part 2

Monday the dentist fixed my right lower back molar, today he fixed my left lower back molar. The weird part was after he shot the left side of my face up with noavacane he was taping on my right molar and said that it seemed a little high. So the he proceeded to use a drill to file down the filling he put in my right molar, you know the side of my mouth without novicane. I didn't find it funny.

I went to the dentist today and had a old filling repaired, always fun. As the dentist was shooting me up with noavocaine I started to laugh. That happens to me in situations where I submit myself to strangeness, like some man taking a really long time to inject noavicane into my mouth with a needle. The assistant and the dentist are both looking into my mouth and its just funny. If ya think about it. Which I did.

Its a bookmark!

You slip the shaft portion down the gap in the spine of a hard bound book , then the handle can be flipped up as you read and flipped back down when finished. I think it was designed to be used with leather bound bibles, since they have that large gap in the spine, but it works with most hard back books. Cheryl put it somewhere and as soon as she remembers where I will post an exciting picture of the bookmark in action.

Size matters

After I posted the game yesterday I realized that there wasn't any mention of scale. The Item is about two and a half to three inches long. Dave was the closest to its actual function. I have already misplaced it again other wise I would have posted pictures of it in use. If I cant find it by tomorrow I will Just explain what it does.

You can play along at home!

Its the mystery item game!I found this today and it took me a while to remember what it was. I was thinking of posting a picture of it and asking if any one new what it was but then I remembered and decided to make a game out of it WEEE! SO let the guessing begin.

Through the looking glass

Today Cheryl found a dead pigeon in our back yard. I threw it away and then Cheryl pointed out that there was the tell tail dust silhouette of a bird on our big back window( and some chunky bits). So this bird flew so hard into our window it died. I really wish I could have seen that.

Missing Cook

The other day I was sorting the mail and I came to the entertainment weeklies, our house has three subscriptions, very communal. So mine happened to be on top, I filled it and the went to file the parkers and theirs was noticeably heavier, hmm. I grabbed the Peterson's and that one seamed thicker and heavier also, oh well mine must have just got flattened under a lot of mail or something. The next night Tommy came over to pick up his X-box and Mi-Mi dvd, the EW was sitting out so I asked him if he had read the 25 most controversial movies article and he had looked at it but what he really liked was the Dane Cook article. Huh, I must have missed that. This morning as the kid's ate breakfast I flipped page by page through the Ew and no Cook. Then I had a flash back to the filling two days earlier and I want and checked out the Parker's and sure enough my Ew was missing like 10 pages! So I read Kenny's copy. The end.

Slackin

Two days without a post, lame. I've been workin and moving. Friday night I helped move the Petersons out of the big house, then Saturday morning Tommy and I move a whole bunch more shit and Tommys stuff( my stuff was the shit((not THE shit just shit)). I got to go swimming with Emma and Loredana after that. Emma can pretty much swim now. Currently Cheryl and I are in the process of moving every thing we own to a different room in the house, fun but a lot of work.

Tonight reaffirmed something I have always suspected, women like to be drawn with big boobs.

I took off Loredana's training wheels today. She did well. My back hurts from crouching over while holding on to the back of her seat. I need to get her a bigger bike, the one she has is way to small for her. It seams like it's easier to balance on a larger bike, something to do with physics I guess. She was really trying hard today, a few more hours and a couple of wrecks and she get it.

McMilestone

There are several significant milestones in a young child's life. Rolling over, sitting up, Crawling, walking, feeding himself, talking, and navigating the McDonald's playground without the help of your older sister. Jack was very excited to be going down the purple slide all by himself. Loredana may have actually been more excited for him. She was telling the other parents at McDonald's about how her brother was "To big to ride with her anymore".

I was changing Jacks diaper today and he didn't want me to put on a new one. So he's kicking his legs and grabbing with his arms and I ended up ripping the velcro tab off. I said "dang it I broke that diaper" and jack went into hysterics. He did the silent laugh where you can't breath, which gave me the needed opportunity to get the new diaper on.

I worked a double shift today, that's thirteen hours of caricature. I cut out early though. There was a concert( some Latino group I never heard of) and at 10:30 it still hadn't let out. I couldn't handle working a double and then getting stuck in the parking garage with concert traffic, so I was like YO BEE, IM OUTY FIVE THOUTY.

Last nerve

We went to the Andrades tonight and had BBQ with my mom and dad. I went swimming with the kids, nothin wears me out quite like swimming. Emma lost her second front tooth tonight( I got to pull it out). As I was convincing her it needed to come out Loredana over heard me and protested. She didn't want Emma loosing another tooth because then the tooth fairy would bring her another present, but since it was all dangly and twisty I had to yank it.

Last night I couldn't give drawings away, literally. When its slow I offer free drawings to passers by in an attempt to get business rolling, last night nobody wanted what I was giving away. Boo Hoo for me.
